Description of Service
BingeTube is a content organization tool that helps users watch YouTube videos in a structured, chronological manner. BingeTube does not host, store, or stream video content directly.
YouTube Content
BingeTube uses the YouTube Data API to display publicly available content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube and remain subject to YouTube’s own Terms of Service.
BingeTube is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
User-Provided API Keys
If you choose to provide your own YouTube Data API key, you are responsible for managing its usage and complying with Google’s API policies. BingeTube stores API keys only on your device.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse API limits
Data & Privacy
Usage of BingeTube is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data is stored locally on your device and not in a centralized user database.
Service Availability
We strive to keep BingeTube available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
BingeTube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
